Account and data deletion

CoreAsset is an enterprise application. Accounts are created by authorised administrators from CoreAsset Admin, not from the mobile app. If you need to delete your account or data, you can request it using any of the methods below.

Who can request deletion?

Any active CoreAsset user can request deletion of their account and personal data, regardless of whether the account was created by an administrator.

How to request deletion

By email

Send an email to developer@biton.es with:

- Subject: Account deletion request - Account email you want to delete - Company or organisation (if applicable) - Reason (optional)

Data that is deleted

• User account (email, name)
• Projects and inventories associated with the account
• Uploaded photos and files
• Cloud backups if any

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained if there is a legal or security obligation, such as audit records required by law. This data is deleted as soon as the obligation ceases.

Processing timeline

Requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt. You will receive email confirmation.
