How do I create an account?

CoreAsset does not allow self-registration. Accounts are created by an authorised administrator of your organisation from CoreAsset Admin.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Recover password" and enter your email. You will receive a link to reset it.

How do I export the inventory?

From the project section, use the Export option to generate an Excel or CSV file on your device.

Can I use CoreAsset without an internet connection?

Some browsing functions may be available offline. Synchronisation and authentication require a connection.

How do I request deletion of my account?

Visit the delete account page or email developer@biton.es with the subject "Account deletion request".
